Hearthstone started as a tiny neighborhood spot with six seats and a lot of hope. We wanted to create a place where people actually slow down — where the coffee is worth savoring and the chairs are worth staying in.

Everything we serve is made with care: beans roasted locally, pastries baked each morning, and milk sourced from farms we've actually visited. Simple stuff, done right.

Over the years we've grown a little, but the heart of it hasn't changed. We still know most of our regulars by name, still argue about which single-origin is best, and still believe a good cup of coffee can make a whole day better.
