Dunn's Mill RV and Rentals is a long-term community. Our residents live here in their own RVs or in one of our five apartments, with a creek, trees and the mountains close by.

We're a locally owned, family-run rental business with five generations living in the Smoky Mountains. Located in Sevierville, just 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge, we offer unique, affordable RV lots where you can feel safe, comfortable, and at home in the mountains.

The place

We are in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. A creek runs along the edge of the property, and the woods start where the lots end.

It is a good place to sit outside. You will hear the water, and now and then you may see wildlife pass through.

Black bears live in these mountains. Keep food and trash secured and give wildlife plenty of room.
